replacement fish

First day off on holiday. Very busy. Started off with tidying up the flat, then Max's leaver assembly at school which was very nice. Great to see everyone, loved the pictures through the years. It was very interesting that the majority of kids said there best memory of school was from the P7 camp - not really surprising though. Then picknick in the Meadows. Shoe shopping in town for Max and finally packing to go away on holiday tomorrow. Our annual migration South looms.

The extra shows wooden water pipes from the 18th century dug up on George Square. Quite amazing how good they still look. I couldn't resist the gull, I guess that's what happens when we eat all the fish and leave suspicious bread products lying around.
