Dragon's Delight.

If its Thursday it's soup day. Alasdair, todays Soupdragon opted for a controversial choice - Cream of Mushroom. Not to everyone's taste but personally I thought it was pretty fantastic.

Rich, sustaining and sophisticated accompanied by a homemade soda brea topped with a seeds.
