Molten Bronze

I have been working on a project with The National Galleries of Scotland since the early part of the year. A team of us have been making medals and today was the day when we put the finishing touches so they could be cast. The process took place at a sculpture worshop and foundry in Aberdeenshire. This photograph is the pouring of molten bronze into the mold of another sculpters work.
