Result!

Now I know what it must feel like being on Masterchef - it's bad enough waiting for your soufflé to come out of the oven, having told a few people you're going to blip it!! Fortunately it worked. Here you have it - salmon soufflé à la Paupers' Cookbook, with a side dish of spinach, baby beet and yoghurt. Phew!
