Papa Moll

A swiss comic figure, invented in 1952 as an alternative to the many foreign figures. Papa Moll ia a family father, 5 hairs on his head, with Mama Moll they have three children and one dachshund.

Seems that since 2010 Bad Zurzach has adopted Papa Moll and is now used for marketing reasons all around the village.
