Best place to be in this scorching heat! Also had a trip to the gym with Rafi, he's joined and is hoping to go regularly....time will tell.
The nice instructor at the gym Brad said he'd keep an eye on Rafi if I wanted to go for a drink. I was really pleased as I'm wanting Rafi to be able to go on his own, but he does need someone just looking out for him.
