We’ve been to Hell and Back!!!

We’ve been to Ellenabeich and been at least driven to drink (at Oban distillery). and climbed a very high Hill (to the McGaig Tower) and roasted not ungently under the most fantastic Scottish sunshine.

As yet we’ve not been eaten to death by midges and the laughing Scots keep telling me that midges don’t exist and it’s always this sunny. We smile and we do not argue.

It’s been the most fantastic stay on the western coast and the Hebridean Isles of Scotland but tomorrow we leave for England or at least a northern part of it, to visit with relatives before returning home to wife and, yes, new granddaughter!!!
