Just a flower

After several dramatic scenic shots the last few days, here is one of the many poppies from my garden for flower Friday. We managed to get our beach swim in at last on our local beach, no sand, only stones but is manageable with rubber shoes. We thought the water was the warmest we had known it in the four years we have lived here and we don’t usually indulge until September.
