Blooms In A Boot Scraper.
Boot scrapers still exist by the front door of many buildings, especially Victorian terraced houses. In times past, when urban roads were dirt, they were placed by entrances so that mud and dirt could be scraped off boots and shoes before entering. I thought what a lovely idea it was to now use this one to hold plants.
