Surf is up

Another gorgeous day. Had to pop out to East Lothian to do an errand for J. So managed to bolt on a dog walk with my sister and niece. When the weather is as nice as this. I just want to escape the city. We managed a wee swim too. It was windy at the beach and a bit rough. So swam in the estuary which was just deep enough and quite warm. I Love swimming outside, makes you feel alive.
