Low water

An early morning visit to Bassenthwaite showed how low the water levels are. The tree that works as a measurement (from a couple of feet up the trunk to a distance from the shoreline) was the furthest from the shoreline that I have ever seen it, and the tree hasn't moved.
Very low water levels indeed, and that after a very wet start to the year.
Heading home after breakfast.
