Inside and out

I love a hard frost and a crisp, clear day. Today delivered.

I returned to my spin class today with tissues and a plastic bag hanging off the handlebars. I was a sweaty snot machine and I made it through.

No pump yet while a shoulder issue heals. While I've been crook I've had it treated and it needs a few more days.

My afternoon ranged through rest, a few domestics, and digging out some pretty big and determined weeds in what's left of my front lawn. It's all part of the front lawn restoration project.

Today's gratitude: For that feeling and coming home to a place that is sanctuary.
