Norfolk Coast

After a week out of school last week for fieldtrips, and Gent, I continued today with a day on the Norfolk Coast. Drove the students in a minibus to Morston, from where we caught a Bean's boat out to the end of Blakeney Point, and then landed on the feature for 50 minutes. Lovely sunshine came out, and it was back to the bus; drove to Sheringham to explore sea defences, and have an ice cream, then to Overstrand to explore the slumping of the cliffs there before the drive back to Ely, and then turned round and drove half the way back again to get home. Football and fish to end a long but productive day.
