Marbled White Butterfly

A walk on the Yorkshire Wolds today. Again out early to avoid the heat of the day. Having seen very few butterflies this year it was good to see so many Marbled White flitting about in the meadows.

Lots of Common Blues too but they did not want to pose for a photograph. A difficult decision as to which to choose for the main.
