The Sourdough Bakery

While my human cousin Alex is here, we go on all sorts of exciting outings and eat very tasty food indeed. Yay! Today, we went to one of our all time favourite places, namely the Sourdough Bakery. It’s located in an old barn on a farm, they have delicious food and baked goods and it’s wonderfully relaxing to sit outside and watch the landscape and the chickens. Plus you can buy eggs and put money in a box.

That’s what the humans say, at least. I found it very stressful today. It was very busy with lots of guests, my humans kept going in and out to get food and the rooster had chosen this particular afternoon to give a full rooster concerto. Possibly for my benefit.

I got some nice roast beef and some cherry pie, and we went walkies in the fields which was nice. So all in all, it was good I guess.
