Proscuitto, Gruyere and Basil Pinwheels
I prepared these for the Bonfire party we had on Saturday. It's a new recipe that I was going to try out on our guests for the first time.
Unfortunately I didn't have time to bake them. They've been in the fridge ever since.
Today I thought I'd slice off four, bake them, and if they were any good, freeze them until our next gathering. Alternatively if they were nasty, I would bin them.
They tasted as good as they looked!
