When pigs fly ...

First of all, thanks very much for your kind comments, stars and faves for yesterday's action cycling shot, that is very much appreciated, especially since action shots are really not my forte. Today's Blip obviously would have been  a great entry for Silly Saturday, but yesterday it wasn't there yet ! It's promoting 'Boerendag' = Farmers Day, I don't know where and when, if that was today it was planned very inconveniently, as traffic in and out of our village was hectic and very difficult because of the national cycling championship for the men today. I have taken a shot of the race at the same point as my shot yesterday, showing the men's peloton going around the bend with Tom Dumoulin riding just underneath the Mary statue in the extra. The flying pig and its tractor was situated in the meadow behind me :-)

All this to illustrate that this coming Thursday the optional Abstract Thursday's theme is 'rural' and its tag will be AT158.
