Abandoned

Passed this rather sad example of a bicycle, stripped of everything that could be taken yet firmly attached by a top-quality U-lock to the cycle stand..

The notice attached to the frame states that if the owner does not contact the relevant authorities (in this case, the University of Edinburgh Transport and Parking Office) within two weeks it will be removed. However, the notice is dated 14.05.18, seven weeks ago!
