Yes, I swear it's true

I got up at 8.40, had breakfast out in the garden again - this is becoming a habit, which i like  lot. 

We headed up to the allotment, so that we didn't melt in the mid-day sun. 

It didn't work, the thermometer in the Polytunnel said 44.

wow. 

anyways, we tore leaves off the cabbages and were delighted to find some strong heads.  We watered the ground lots.  everything is still very dry. 

Then we watered everything else - himself wore the path out watering the potatoes.   I did other bits, and sat down a lot :-) 

Then we came home and worked on the garden  - six more baskets up, other baskets dug up and repotted.  Himself cut grass - which has grown massively.   The holes are fllling up nicely thank you. 

Later i embarrassed myself by looking closely at my toes.  they were filthy.   I spent fifteen minutes trying to make them clean. they are defnitely better than they were. 

My hair is another matter.  I tried to dye it pink AGAIN.  Fail. 

Also - I had it cut yesterday. Much shorter than it was, but Lovely. 

Need bed now - I collapsed on the floor earlier,  I was THAT tired.
