As always it looks a bit anaemic.

We're trying chicken again. It's thai green curry chicken! It doesn't look very green.

As you can imagine in my house the general consensus was, ' it was ok, I've eaten it, but don't make it again'! I can live with that. I too felt the same.

I cheated and bought a jar! I thought it be cheaper than the little packet kits you can buy. It might have been but if no one really likes it its not that cheap.

Packet it is next time family, we know we like them.
