Plenty of Raindrops Today

First thing this morning I had appointment with a osteopath/healer, to have some treatment on my back. I was told my back is in a bad way and to stop doing the exercises the physiotherapist had given me a few years ago as they were doing more damage than good... he said. I have to go back on Friday for some more treatment. All afternoon my back was sore but it feeling so little better now.

It has been a showery day. This afternoon the sun did show herself for a brief moment in between the light showers.
