Two Lichens

These two lichens are growing on a large, smooth stone in my rock garden. The light one might be a Parmelina, but I don’t know what the dark one is. The more mature parts of it, as seen at the top, are like seaweed. It has spread over an area about the size of A4 paper. Any ideas?
