Back On Track

During our trip, our neighbour popped in to our house every day to feed the cats and to allow them to go in and out - except that they didn't go in, as there was a stranger by the door. Thus, the cats practically lived outside for a couple of days, not really even showing their faces to our neighbour.

Yesterday, when we came home, the tomcat arrived instantly to us, meowing loudly and pushing himself to everyone. But the other cat didn't respond to our calling, not even this morning; I almost thought we'd lost her.

After she finally appeared, she has been such a cutie pie - sleeping in everybody's lap, purring and offering her tummy for scratching.
