Lily in the sun

The heat goes on and on

After the exertions of Saturday I had a quiet morning in the garden in the sun. There are so many lovely flowers around me - but the ones which caught my eye were these lovely Lilies.

Inside for the afternoon - Wimbledon starts with the amazing Roger Federer. No Andy Murray this year - he needs more time to recover from surgery. Competing with the tennis is the World Cup - ah well, there , there are benefits in being retired.
