Lavender Collage.

Thankful for a lovely bright sunny day to start this new week.
I have been busy organising my housework and getting the laundry done.
I have watered the bedding plants and been for a short walk before I considered it too hot.
I am okay usually in temperatures up to 22c, and it is 26c now, so I am finding things to do indoors.
I used my Nikon Coolpix for this collage of the lavender flowers.
I sprayed them with water this morning and their fragrance is marvellous.
I recently heard about this book on Radio 4 when the author was reading it as a Book for Bedtime.
It is just fascinating.
I have always enjoyed learning about the Gypsy traditions, they live so close to Nature and are to some people anti social, yet free spirited as well.
