Thistles in the wind

There was a new triage system in place at Citizens Advice so things were a bit chaotic. I then I had another house call to a clock which I have been repairing regularly.  Unfortunately, the husband has dementia and an obsession with time and he fiddles with the pendulum and breaks the suspension spring each time. He cannot live without his clock but his wife is at her wits end trying to stop him breaking it.  It was surprisingly windy on my walk but at least it was a cooling breeze. It is not often I welcome the easterly off the North sea!
