Abundance....

Backblip (having trouble bringing my phone and camera photos together which has also stopped me backblipping my Lewis holiday earlier)
Early start to get off to the ferry, then a flat calm crossing from Oban. Tootled up to Tobermory and bought a lovely mug at the pottery then met up with the wildlife ranger and set off on our tour for the afternoon. Great time...we saw hen harriers, sea eagles, buzzards, a slow worm (extra, with forked tongue!), deer, heard lots of other birds but unfortunately no otters. Very knowledgeable and friendly guide and he told us lots about the geology as well as the wildlife. Strangely there was a man on the trip that I’m sure I recognised but just couldn’t think who he was so didn’t say anything.....can’t place him at all which annoyed me!
In the evening had an early supper at Cafe Fish...roast shellfish platter. Absolutely delicious and a perfect end to a great day.
Arrived at our B&B. Much simpler and more basic than last night but fine and friendly hostess
