Sea Breeze

A relatively untaxing day working in home office doing remote coaching. Lovely to be at home but really miss the comfort that office & hotel air con bring. Felt so lethargic, wandered down to the shore at end of day and found that, although only yards from our sun trapped house, it was about 10c cooler down there with a stiff breeze off the sea.
