Clinging On

All started incredibly well today with some PB's  with my PT in the gym and went downhill from there when I got home. 

I ended up rushing Hubs into hospital, trying to get down the motorway with the flashers going and flashing the headlights in order to try and get past people hogging the fast lane. You can't believe some of the signals I got in return! Driving down the bus lane in Cheltenham like a maniac I had a stroke of luck in that an Ambulance too was on an emergency  so I followed it at top speed! 

All is now well we are at home. Surgery looms but nothing life-threatening, thankfully.

I think this is an immature Common Blue Damselfly which I found skulking on Tewkesbury canal banks later this afternoon.
