Mystery no. 2

Yesterdays trowel is made by Stelton stainless steel Denmark and the serrated edge is used for cutting creamy layer cake which is then loaded onto the blade and slipped gently onto a plate while todays is for cutting dryer cakes like Xmas cake, Sponge  etc. The joke is I don't bake cakes neither eat them. It is a very simple but elegant design.
