Fire alarm

You wondered how many students still remained to work at the library at the start of the summer break?

The quickest way was that fire alarm that took place in the evening, before I was about to tidy up and go home. Luckily it was a kind of false alert and we returned quickly.

The Chinese faces I saw were not familiar so I assumed that they were just here for the pre-sessional courses to pass language first. Some may be the master students working on their dissertations.
