Marlborough Sounds

The sun over the sounds this morning, with thanks to Kiwidino who gave me some pointers on improving my shots through air-plane windows.

I flew from Christchurch to Auckland this morning on a 'normal' plane then got into a puddle hopper with only one seat either side of the aisle for a flight to Whangarei. Then this evening I reversed the process. Unfortunately on the way home, when I was on the right side of the plane to photograph Mt Taranaki and the Southern Alps, the sun was in the wrong position and I couldn't take anything.

So the Marlborough Sounds it is.
