On a 30C day and one,or maybe a spoonful of all, would be the way to go.
Have no idea what salted caramel is, but seemingly the current must have flavour, along with figs, in the 'posh ice cream' freezer at the supermarket.
And on the subject of ice cream, after picking junior up from school we joined the queue at the local ice cream parlour where he had double scoop of strawberry sorbet and chocolate ice cream and I had chocolate Rocher (including chunks of the crunchy choccie) and pistachio in a waffle cone. Hand made here in the hills and all the sorbet fruits are locally sourced and seasonal.
Bliss.
