Seen but unseen

This pine tree grows in my neighbour’s property and is in full view out my kitchen window. I’ve never before noticed how wonderfully it glows in the setting sun!

Thank you so much to everyone who sent caring messages about the death of my treasured friend and neighbour. Your thoughts have been a great comfort. I can still hardly believe he’s actually gone. His widow and I had a lovely chat about C. today.
