Monkey puzzle tree

at the end of our street. I was trying to think how long it's been there.
I remember the man planting it.I reckoned on 50 years.
Then as I was blipping it the lady came out.

She couldn't quite remember but said that she read where it takes 40 years for the ball things to come out on the end of the branches.
These have appeared so your guess is as good as mine.


It was the Monthly coffee morning today which was great as usual.It didn't start off well as I lost my keys(the spare set) I retraced my steps but no joy.
After another search I found them in my pocket.
I NEVER put keys in my pocket .Oops it's the fairies again.
Bright sunny day here so off into the garden to chill ;)
