A great job done.

Our hob faulted a few weeks ago. Not due us a penny; many a good dinner made on it. We sourced one that would fit the existing cut out - NEFF were very helpful. A friend who has done jobs for us knew a gas fitter. We’d to wait - he was busy. So, he turns up. Confirms my name......and asks were we at school together in the 1960s.... ? Indeed we were! He’d kept in touch with many of our then chums; I’d changed school, moved away etc. He’d lots to tell. And he did a first rate job; way beyond the installation of the new hob.
I dug out an old primary school photo and he rhymed off the name of many in it. Great banter today.
