..... as I almost forgot!!
Today started early I was at the pool by 9.15am did my usual workout , then saw J for a massage ( as she came in Tuesday this week) . Then Sainsbury's shopping , washed the towels , watered the pots a bit of sorting now I'm sitting down think I've earned it.

Grateful .... that this evening seems to have cooled down a bit
