Physio

Went to see the physio today and she was really pleased with the improvement. It's nice to be told that your hard work is paying off. I now have exercises involving therabands and theraputty.

J called at 6:30 am to say he was having a great time but was very busy.

S had a busy day at school followed by prize giving where she got a special mention and round of applause for her cooking competition.

Back in time to see the penalty shootout and whoops of joy when England won.
