Knot a good day for blips!

Rainy, grey day.
Some while ago the waterfront at Whitehaven was 'regenerated'. There is some quite interesting art of which a series of seaman's knots is one. This had a title (which I've now forgotten) intimating that you should use it when a lot of strain was involved.
