Pineapple and fish anyone?

I went to our local Halal grocery store to buy ingredients for tonight's supper, and was struck by this enormous poster covering the whole of the front window. I didn't buy either the pineapple or the fish, (or any of the other illustrated ingredients) but it's a handy shop to have on our doorstep. They supply great fresh herbs, about a thousand different kinds of pulses, and the cheapest garlic in town.
