Gulls at rest

More Birds again I'm sorry to say! But something of a lesson as well!These two Gulls were perched on a handrail across a local Historic Moat (History Lesson) ,about 1 meter apart! The shot was taken @f5.6 on my Nikon 70-300VR lens using my D3 for a change!
The open aperture of the lens has thrown the furthest of the birds out of focus,Thus isolating the other one.
