Dawn til’ Dusk

The middle son was participating in his rowing Club’s Dawn til’ Dusk sponsored row today.

He and his crew were on a 06:30am stint plus another few throughout the day. MrR and I took him down this morning for the early shift..Lord he was crabbit!

Any way one hour of rowing later this is them heading back up the Forth to the boathouse to pass the oats on to the next crew:-)

The later rows were completed in sweltering heat...it was another gloriously sunny day...and a great effort by all who participated. There were boats in the water from 03h00 to 11h30.

They were raising funds for their equipment and boat fund with 30% of all monies raised going to a local hospice charity.

Grateful for an early start and a long sunny summer’s day.
