Persepolis

The Persepolis Restaurant was a beautifully styled Iranian restaurant situated on Manama's north corniche. With the building of the Financial Harbour, land reclamation as well as major road developments the Persepolis Restuarant stands forgotten on the edge of the new multilane road and getting to take photos of it is almost as much of an expedition as going to see the archeolical sites that inspired it's decoration. So this is where Niall brought me today. Just in case. Hopefully the Persepolis will one day be reopened and not flattened!
