Kentish Cob Nuts

Another very hot day, but the morning has been spent sorting out some paperwork; it is now ready to go into the post in the morning.
   
Today’s picture is of two of the cobnuts on our Kentish Cobnut tree. No prizes for guessing who will eat these and all the others on the tree. Like our other fruit trees, this year it looks like being an extra good crop, the best I have seen on this tree.
