Beetroot

Until last year beetroot was one of my favourite vegetables. Then something happened. I couldn't buy decent beetroots anywhere. So as I don't grow them I just didn't bother with the poor ones on show.

Today there were some lovely ones on sale. Jack and I had some on our salad....delicious! It looks like beetroots are back on our menu.
