Fame! I want to live forever

I made my TV debut tonight, well strictly speaking it's my interview debut, I was on the Welsh news many, many years ago as a wee nipper.

I was cringing but it seemed to go really well.   It was a programme about health, and I was talking about hospital food and restrictive diets.

I was up early for a conference in Newport.  It was quite informative.

Today has been a good day.
