The Garden Party

I joined my wife in Edinburgh today for the “party”
I misunderstood what she had told me about it.
When she said Queen would be there, I assumed she meant Brian May, Roger Taylor and company and when she mentioned there would be lots of photographers there, I thought it was going to be a special “ blipmeet”
Boy, was I wrong!!!
Actually, at first, I thought it was a fancy dress party.
We only saw the hat The Queen was wearing. I think it was pink.
It was a very warm day and we had a fine time people watching and eating the very tasty sandwiches and cakes on offer.
