Taking Inventory

To help manage the house move and work out proper insurance costs for once, I decided last night to jot down an inventory of everything we own. OMG, what an eye opener this is. So far I’ve only done 1/2 of the spare room. I genuinely didn’t think we had much in there and like to describe myself as minimalist and ‘Lean’ but I now realise how many more spare sheets, duvets, towels etc we have than what we need. I have had an epiphany around the waste of money and world resources that are lurking in my closet...and I haven’t even started on the only-worn-once designer frocks and it-seemed -bargain -at-the - time clothes rails!! Dreading hitting my office and the other spare room!!
