Which wire?

I would hate to be a telephone engineer or an electrician in Thailand , afterall how would you know what was connected to what.  This is my entry for AbstractThursday.

Today we went and had coffee with friend who works as a tour advisor in a hotel that is fairly close to Chiang Mai zoo.  I took this shot whilst sitting in a traffic jam caused by the fact that the traffic lights stay on red for about 8 minutes.   The zoo is in a rural area.
