Michaelston Y Fedw Sunset

It was good to watch the sun setting over my local mountain in Machen from the lovely hamlet village of Michaelston Y Fedw a couple of miles away. The village was in the news a couple of weeks ago when the locals of about two hundred installed their own fibre optic broadband; they now boast the fastest of any village in Wales.

I met one of the locals, a farmer, who's asked me to pop in and have a cuppa with him sometime. I never refuse a coffee!
